There are no further costs once the unit is installed.

Once the SwitchBox has reached the end of the countdown the cooker with oven, hob and grill will switch off. If you need to cook for longer, then all you need to do is press the red button again to turn the GuardBox back on.

Yes the unit has been designed to be flush mounted if interested. The SwitchBox is a standard electrical single socket or light switch size.

The maximum load of the GuardBox is 50 Amps. If you require more load then please contact us.

The countdown is a one time set during manufacture. If you require a different countdown time instead of the default 30mins then specify on ordering. Typically for hob control they are set between 6 to 20 mins. There is no extra cost to change the countdown time.
